Exchange & Refunds
If for any reason that you are not happy with your purchase, it can be returned for an exchange or refund within 5 days.
The item being returned must be in its original condition, unused and/or unworn, all original labels intact and in the original packaging.
A redelivery charges will be applicable.
Please take note that all sales items are not exchangeable or refundable.
For manufacturing defect / faulty items
Our items are always carefully packed before they are delivered to you. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss an appropriate action to be taken. We can offer an exchange or refund should the item be unavailable.
All defect and damaged items must be reported within 5 days of purchase.
